Guttate Psoriasis is a type psoriasis characterized by small, salmon-pink lesions on the skin of upper trunks and proximal extremities. Guttate means "drop", lesions look like drops and covered by finer Scales than the plaque psoriasis. Guttate psoriasis usually triggered by a streptococcal infection. The lesions appear after 2-3 weeks of streptococcal throat infection. It recurs if patient is streptococcal provider. Guttate psoriasis is less widespread compared other types of psoriasis. Out
